DISGUSTING MEDICAL AID
Samwumed is becoming absolutely ridiculous with all their changes. How are they making it better for their members? Having to nominate 2 doctors is silly. Why have the hospitals changed?? Even an adult cant get braces now due to them ebing with Denis. My optometrist is not contracted with them either.

DISGUSTING SERVICE
The worst service ever. No one responds on the Whatsapp line. Their contact number just rings for days and their email addess is non existent. I asked for a refund a month ago and a lady advised it would be done. I havent received anything. ROBBING PEOPLE. What a SHAM of a company. On top of it, I booked 2 tickets. DISGUSTING.

Disgusting service.
I was called by someone to advise I will receive a refund after canceling my tickets and advising I cannot make the trip. I haven't received anything. It's more than a month already. I want all my money back. The worst. Pathetic service.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE.
I have been trying to contact via telephone and on the whatsapp line for 2 weeks, no one contacts back. I need to cancel my ticket as my trip is no longer taking place but no one contacts back.

New TFG Website - BASH
The new TFG website - Bash is the worst. The old website was perfect as it was. Now I have to struggle to navigate to all these different icons to press and filters left right and Centre. What a **** platform. Why change something that wasn't broken.

Virgin Dry
<p>my friend and i were referred by Madoda Nobula memebership number: ********** 830 to join useless Virgin Active. i signed up and was supposed to receive a bag, none of that happened. i think it is very unfair as it costs alot each month for my member ship where as i was given nothing. whats the point if there is no incentive , i will definitely not recommend anyone else to join. </p>
