Useless vouchers they have cost me over R600 in issues with vouchers. Sometimes when u input the code for a voucher the bookie website will say system has an error. Money will not reflect and if you query with the bookie it does not show,if you contact blue voucher they do nothing they are completely inept at solving an issue. They should change their name to ponzi voucher because at this point they are just *****ing money from me. I never have an issue with 1voucher,OTT I just sometimes only have the option to buy this useless brain rot voucher, if disappointment was their goal they have achieved it. Disgusting.
I had to get a new cellphone contract, the model of phone I wanted was out of stock(Oppo A74).The sales agent and her colleague both recommended another phone promising that its the newer model and is better than the phone I actually wanted and is an upgrade(A77) ,as I left the store I realized while using the phone that its worse in every possible way.I immediately went back to the store as this is an error on the sales team and not mine, I was told by the lady once I sign there is nothing I can do, I wanted to return the device as they said it is an upgrade of the phone I had previously, it is clearly not worse camera, worse chipset, worse gpu and a 720p display as opposed to a full HD screen, I returned again two days later to the store explaining the situation to the sales lady who said she was acting manager and was told there is nothing to be done, I will be taking this further as I won't be locked into a 36 months contract with a phone that was sold to me with false information and treated so poorly when all I ask is for them to take this back and supply a phone with better specs than the A74 like I asked in the first place.
I have spent over R50 000 in the last couple of years using this bookie,it pains me to write this review because there was a point where they were decent. But as with all things and no exception here its in major decline,the netcode i believe is being done by a teen at best. So many times either the android app doesnt have certain markets or same with online,it seems to happen most when u would like to make that certain bet. Even as i write this scalding review I cant request a cashout as i cant login to the site because it says LOGIN TIMEOUT. I would like to take the money i bet on a multi-bet out but i cant because they have children or from what i can assume,grown ups with the same Ineptitude. This is actual money that i lose now and i will never get back,if your going to sell lemonade then sell it dont sell water and try to tell me its lemonade. This is so poorly executed I cant even fathom how the share holders even entertain this poor level of execution. You cannot even see your lifetime spend,you should atleast see the amount of money you have lost in your lifetime is this not correct. Support is a joke and nobody is laughing,get it so wrong so many times that i cant even remember,if you offer a service do it correct and be done with it. Couple months ago i recieved a payment from them i thought it was some sort of bonus,turns out it wasnt. j But going with their total lack of regard towards client enjoyment i thought cool i won some random jackpot. Roll on couple of months bam they just subtract 3K balance from my account,because it was paid in error. At the time no word and no message of error just immediate subtraction of money. I really used to like this company but they have become worse than the apples of this world and its a bitter pill to swallow be wary people.
Works only sometimes and almost 100 percent of the time it wont work when you want to place a winning bet.
On the 9th of May I was making a cashless deposit at an ATM in greenacres,Port Elizabeth.During the transaction the ATM restarted before the deposit completed,I ask inside for what the next steps may be.the staff were not the most eager to help and came across rather rude,it's amazing really when ur business is supposed to be People.I filled out some forms and was told I would be notified within two days,was given no reference number or anything like that, it has since been almost a week.The deposit wasn't a large amount but it astounds me that such a large corporation can act so incompetent about such a simple problem that could of been rectified at minimum within the time frame they stated.
