Cell C must be the worst telecommunications company in the world. No wonder they are bankrupt. Cell C loses connection with towers while you drive and you need to reset your phone to fix this. When confronting Cell C about the issue they state it is my brand new phone's issue. which is mysteriously the same issue my last phone had. My Vodacom sim card in the same phone experiences no issues. Cell C continuously lies about their poor network and issues with terrible customer service and support. I will be cancelling all my business contracts with them.
Best Service in the game !!! Call them and there is an answer in seconds and your problem will be solved before the call is over.
Absolute worst service provider in the country. Zero customer service and an endless list of problems that Mweb believe have nothing to do with the. I would highly recommend not getting involved with Mweb for any service as it is just not worth it.

All that I wonder now is if they will actually do anything to fix the problems they have caused as I find what they have done unacceptable and disgraceful.</p>
<p>we have had mweb Fibre for the last 5 months and it has been full of lies and slow internet. Mweb constantly blame slow internet on the infrastructure but friends down the road who use cellC Fibre have now problem. Every day mweb cap our wifi making it impossible to even join an online game or watch a movie. This shouldn't be the case with a 20meg line</p>
