I bought a car from Ford Fury in Pretoria, last month for export to Zimbabwe. I bought a Toyota Hilux D4D, 2.8L. This has a lot of issues considering the price i think Ford Fury should have been honest and upfront about the problems. Firstly the advertised mileage on their website was 199,000 kms but when i picked up the vehicle it only showed 9,000 kms on the odometer reading, i asked them what was happening to which they said the cluster was replaced so this is a new cluster, this information was never shared upfront. The car doesn't go to 4wl, its giving an error on the dashboard, to which they said the car is still under warranty and i should bring it back, i called Toyota to check and they said no the car is nolonga on warranty or any service plan. They **** about the car having new disks, which it didn't. The control arms & ball joints are gone, camberbolts have ceased. I have spent almost R20,000.00 as if i bought an accident damaged vehicle, and as if i enquire about all these issues upfront and i was told the vehicle was in excellent condition.
I got a call from 2 different Tracker agents today. Whilst, I was on the call with another tracker agent another one called again. I told the second one that i was on the call with another agent from your company and she said no we don't have record of that call. This is the poorest level of customer service i have ever seen. First of all you charged me double the amount we agreed on since the contract begin i stopped the debit order, because you don't charge my account without my agreement whatsoever. and then i made efforts to call you and one of your agents was rude to me. I left a massage on your site but no one responded but you kept on charging my account. Yesterday your agent called me and she said she would look into my account and get back to me today at 9am, which she did. But then another one called me and said that wasn't one of you who had called me earlier on. So my question is how did she know all my information because she did a security check with all my personal details. She spoke to me nicely and we agreed on payment option. But this other last agent did not do she only threatened to submit my account to your collectors. I need answers if this first agent who called me today and yesterday wasn't from Tracker how did she have all my information. I also want my account closed because now i don't feel safe.
<p>Good day.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been paying R1000.00 for the past 2 years now. When this thing was sold to me i was told that they will trading for me and i invested R5000.00 sales man told me you will definately be able to double that in a month and you will pay the installment with no hustle at all. But since then up to now i have been paying that installment from my pocket and i have been loosing out. Last month they couldnt deduct that installment so now i am in arrears and they have submitted my files to the lawyers. I cant afford this can we make a settlement so that i cancell this contract. I spoke to Kingston and his response was there is no1 to talk to regarding making any payment atrangement, i wonder how that works. </p>
