Don't waste your money. The purpose of this site is to **** overseas customers who have no way of resolving their grievances. I bought a scarf and hat from them for almost R700 and it's paper thin. Not even knitted. Obviously not what you'd expect from a scarf. I contacted them through PayPal because no number exists for them and they've just ignored me. I'm in SA, so I can only imagine how hard it must be to resolve anything with them if you're overseas.
I cancelled my reservation 4740596 with Woodford on the 6th of November. That was a week before i was meant to travel. I have been emailing Shaylene Hill constantly and i am told to allow time for the money to reflect. A whole month has gone by and i am still waiting. They will not confirm if the refund was done, They only say to allow time for the funds to reflect.
I purchased a 10 piece dining room suite from Bradlows in nov/Dec 2017 from trade route mall in lenasia for R20000. When I accepted delivery I noticed the chairs were very badly stitched and the legs on 4 chairs were loose. They arranged to collect those damaged chairs about 2 weeks later and took another 4 weeks to return them. When they arrived, there were only 3 chairs and the colour was completely different from the 4 I had kept. So they immediately took them plus the other 4 back because I refused to sign for the delivery and said they would return with 8 matching chairs. 2 months past and they returned with 8 chairs with even worse stitching than the original ones. I refused to take them so they took them back again. I was contacted by Godwin the manager of bradlows at trade route mall and he apologized profusely and said that they had made changes to their supplier to cut cost but have gone back to the original supplier but the chairs were no longer in stock and that they would arrive by the beginning of July 2018. So they were willing to loan me 8 chairs so my dining room wouldn't look bare. That was 5 months ago and I am still waiting. In the mean time, I have 8 chairs we don't use to prevent further damage and they now say it's too late to process a refund. Absolutely disappointed with their service. Won't consider buying anything from them again!!!
Brighton came out personally to give a quote on pool renovation he then supplied a quote to resurface the pool and provide a new pump. he started his work with a team of 6 guys on a monday and a deposit was paid. he worked again on tuesday and was paid half the balance. on the last day he said he would complete the work and that the balance should be left with the helper. at that point i had no reason to distrust him and he seemed honest. when i arrived home, i found that the fibre glass work had bubbles in it, the edge of the pool had pieces of fibre glass sticking out and was not sealed, the new motor was not installed, a transformer was fitted and the main box left open because it was too large and forced to fit and they had been going through all the boxes in our outbuilding. they are not proffessional, they are untrustworthy and lack the talent to complete the job. They also were so kind as too connect the pool light to the lapa light. when the supposed owner of brighton projects contacted us, we were told he was doing us a favour for business in the area and that we were so ungrateful. he then went on to say that he would cut through our gate and garage door and come and mess up our pool... i have defineitely learnt my lesson but its best to steer clear of this company!
<p>Placed an order in september 2016 and have not recieved any correspondence from them. i have sent emails often but have not recieved and response. They now trade as kiddies corner 101. Website does not exist, contact numbers are always off, email address doesnt exist anymore. Extremely dissappointed that people can be this dishonest!</p>
