<p>Hello & Congratulations</p> <p>vitalty is literally sucking the fun and life out of running & exercise!</p> <p>My weekly goals are now back to what it was on the old point system, but it is basically impossible to hit this 600 point goal every week. (Hence the Congrats!)</p> <p>I hate the gym and will probably never go……but currently it seems like cheating the system is the only way of making up the points? (if my avg hr is under 152, 32 year old) …... Lets do the math……..thus vitality is saying I need to run 6km……6 times a week to make up 600 points and this is considered to be a reasonable request?</p> <p>or</p> <p>I need to do 6 x fake gym swipes? (Not my style)</p> <p>or</p> <p>Do 2 x a week 6.3 - 6.5km sprints to submit a F*&%ing next to heart attack session to earn 300 points / run.</p> <p>This is actually causing an deterioration in my health as I am trying to keep weight on, not loose it!!!</p> <p>Make a plan…fast! Or I am cancelling everything with discovery……this is not what South Africans needs……an big time corporate behaving like "double backing" punk ass kid gangsters…really?…..I take back every good thing I have previously said about this organisation of skelms!</p> <p>I know people have been faking to get points…....but that is not the norm….definitely not in the circles I move!</p> <p>Please see the attachment below…..this workout earned me 100 points! Anyone keen to join me on this run? Prove me wrong maybe?</p> <p>Thank you</p> <p>PS: 300 points a week is reasonable. 3 runs of 30min or more.</p>

My wife did a cash withdrawl at the fnb atm at Kyalarmi Downs. A guy very persistantly tried to steel her money. Took her card from her hand and stuck it back in the atm to her suprise. <br> I tried to report this matter to fnb and the guy at the call centre simply says this is a police matter. <br> Really police?
