I am supposed to get my parcel from Fabiani V&A Waterfront to Fabiani Menlyn today. The tracking number clearly states that the parcel was delivered to Nomsa at the Menlyn branch on 9 April 2019 but suprisingly the parcel is nowhere to be found. to top it all, employees act as if nothing has happened, they are not prioritising this matter at all. they don't even care if you want your money back so clearly they make enough sales. no feedback to the client. This is unprofessional! I will never ever buy anything from Fabiani! I just want my parcel because I have already paid for it!
on 17 Feb 2019, i went to Clicks pharmacy and an old man with beared was waiting to assist me. I explained my condition at the time and the response I got was "I don't know how to assist you in that case, I'm not a doctor." I was shocked by his response and asked if this is how he deals with people, he repeated what he said. I told him that I will go somewhere else where I would get a solution and not another peoblem. I went to Dischem pharmacy and was assisted by Monique who was prepared to listen and gave me good medication. I feel much better now. will never go to clicks pharmacy again!
Now it's 2 hours waiting for the Dr to see me at casualty. It's 00:12, I still have to drive home by myself. I ask for blanket since the hospital air con is too cold, I'm still waiting for it to be brought to me if I'm lucky.
I've just realised that all hospitals are the same. Just when I thought Life groenkbloof is the best hospital but I was wrong. I had to go back tonight, the receptionis Laurice cannot work under pressure. One does know where the queue starts and end and she bypass people on the queue. When I address this she tells me she's the only one working there. She mispelt my surname and tells me I must enjoy my day after correcting my surname. The hospital knows this time of the year is busy, they must have a contingency plan and stop making excuses treating people as if they are doing them a favour. I paid for the services! I will never go back to that hospital again.
Arthur Kaplan Menyln - waiting for my watch for 3 months for battery service which was still within the warranty period is not acceptable. I am now even suspecting that either my watch is damaged or lost. I will find out soon!
After months of legal battle with VODACOM which unlawfully reflected negative credit status at the credit bureaus, I was finally cleared . Special thanks to Yonela Mpambani and Sunette Kruger from the Pretoria CBD branch who remained professional and had to put up with a lot of pressure from me to assist on this urgent matter. Word of advice: Prioritise your cases and avoid telling customers that you only follow up once a month. In cases where I had to apply for a educational or home loan and could not get it because of my negative credit status which in this case was not my fault. I can't wait 6 months or more because you are only following up with on matters once a month. The matter was urgent and needed urgent attention.
Good luck to the people who will be using Aramex South Africa! My parcel was detained at customs. Katleho Motloung contacted me for email to send documents they need for clearance of my parcel. I send documents and they request documents again and again some of which I have already sent to them. Not sure if they are familiar with Customs rules because if a parcel is a gift and for personal use, ID no should be sufficient to clear it. now they play delay tactics and Aramex plays post office. they don't even check that what the client is asking for, she has already provided. They don't act in client's interests at all. I will never recommend them to anyone!
I am concerned about Arthur Kaplan watch batteries. in less that 2 years they replaced battery of my Longines watch paid R700 with 24 months warranty but now battery is flat I'm told to pay R700. Bearing in mind that I don't have any guarantee that the battery is new or how long it has been operating before they replaced it. The employee at Menly Dominic was arguing with me and started to be rude when I asked relevant questions about warranty and kept on teling me what the manufacturers told him and not what is right for the customer. My Rado watch did the same thing and had to be replaced. I will never ever buy from them again. I will take business somewhere else and will spread the word to others.
Mulondi, last week Friday when I contacted DHL you indicated that DHL could not send driver with my outstanding amount because they did not have petty cash and they will deliver it on Monday which is today . It is 12H30 now and I have not received any call from you or the driver to inform me if he is on the way and how far. I'd appreciate if you could resolve this urgently.
Mulondi, please note that I have not received outstanding balance and leaving the office at 15H00 i have sent you a message vial email, no response from you. Please let me know how far your driver is.
