Dissapointing service
I have sent multiple mails with regard to cancelation and have not received any feedback. It is disappointing because service during on-boarding was excellent, post on boarding has fallen short.

Audacity to make empty promises
Account settled two months ago and Transunion as well as Vccb not updated despite promises made. CAN YOU JUST GET IT RIGHT!!!! This is ridiculous. Do you enjoy hello peter listings?

Quick to pursue sales but quick to avoid servicing client
The bank was eager to provide a settlement letter, but when I phoned in to ask that the buruea is updated, I was given the run around instead of being assisted. The consultant sounded annoyed that this was a service call and not a sale! This is ridiculous. I need the bureau information updated, but the consultant could not provide any information nor reflect any care.

Pinelodge PE is a disaster
Wow what a ****py experience all together. We arrived to find a filthy place that was not cleaned and reception telling us that it will take a while to come clean. The fridge in a "6 sleeper" is too small for even 2 people. The pool is ridiculously small and crowded. The noise levels are unacceptable and management couldn't give a damn. I will never ever come here again.

East Coast customs copying the same tattoos
If you ever want a tattoo that everyone else has and is completely unoriginal then you're at the right place when getting your tattoo done at East coast customs. I wish I could undo this tattoo. They are even trying to convince me it's not the same. Lmfao what a joke. I regret ever going there. A tattoo is sentimental and personal. It takes so much away when it's just copied over to someone else and labeled "the artists' own little spin" #IRegre****oMuch.

Horrible service
We ordered a very expensive meal and our delivery was delayed twice. When the food finally got here it was cold and yucky. We had already paid and the delivery lady said she cannot take it back. The call centre then offered a R50 coupon to make up for the cold meal!!?? I deleted the app and would strongly recommend not paying Mr delivery up front. Very dissapointed. I will never use Mr delivery again.
