Great service from the senior consultant (Christinahs), friendly, easy outgoing. Allowed me to do things my way. She is thorough and well spoken. Her explanations are proper and easy to understand. Great overall experience ❤️

Bad experience with Proper team property Group
Worst experience ever. Stay away from this company. Signed a placement and management contract with them. First couple of months rent was paid after numerous reminders but the third months’ wasn’t. So they requested the tenant pays directly into my account. I am still owed the deposit and the third month’s rent. They have failed to follow up or pay any of the outstanding amounts since March 2019. I’m extremely disappointed at how they’ve treated me as a client. Wouldn’t advise anyone to sign a contract with them

Car breakdown
Received great service from ********** My car broke down, requested roadside assistance from miway using an app, Ayanda called immediately after receiving my claim and made sure that the towing truck is there on time to assist, kept calling to check on my wellbeing and to update me on the whereabouts of the towing truck. My car was delivered safely and I also got home safe. Fantastic service all round. I commend the miway staff.
