Worst service I have ever received. My personal belongings were sent to me from a previous employer and not only did they not arrive but they have been put on hold by DHL. I have sent several emails that have been ignored and have attempted to call them countless times to have the phone put down on my ear because I speak English. They just never get back to you! The worst part is the package contains work certificates that I need for my job and my current employer with reason has said that without the hoard copies I might have to be let go! All I want is my belongings back!
Just ordered the worst sushi I have ever had from Mr D and tk top it off spent R400 for it. I am probably the easiest customer being someone that works in the industry as a chef and I eat alot of sushi. The rice was overcooked and bland. Then over pressed so it was like eating a brick. Ordered salmon roses that were topped with cream cheese, no instructions on the menu, Fashion sandwiches, hard as well and California rolls exactly the same. Wasabi portion around the size of a 10cent coin for 24 pieces of sushi. How is it that between the chef, server and a manager that this kind of quality is overlooked. Especially when a customer is spending R400? Worst part is it was a takeaway. So now at home and when I complain it falls on deaf ears. I will not be recommending this place to anyone.
<p>Got to the branch that advertises 24hours but upon ordering was told that they can't make certain items after 12am, when I reminded the staff that it was 24hours I was told that they were given instructions not serve certain dishes after 12am </p> <p>Despite the fact that it is late I'm sorry but if you advertise 24hours, you should abide by that rule. </p>
