Absolutely shocking service from Vodacom Fibre. I have been waiting a month now for fibre relocation. No one has a clue on what to do, sent out 2 sets of technicians and we have logged over 100 calls...Still nowhere close to having fibre. On Monday, I will be cancelling ALL my contracts with Vodacom - both business and personal! Thereafter I will be taking legal action.
Appalling Service from Vodacom Fibre. Been offline since Friday, 101 hours offline! And they can't tell me what the problem is or when it will be fixed. There will be no problem when the full amount of the debit order payment to them goes off at the end of the month....Absolutely outraged!
<p>I had a fraudulent transaction on my credit card last week. Cancelled my card and FNB delivered a new one last Wednesday. They didn't bother to tell me it was a batch of error cards. They issued another card, yet again without telling me and promised they would deliver today as I leave the country on Friday.</p> <p> </p> <p>Courier calls me today to confirm delivery for Friday! They day that I am leaving! All this while I keep calling I to find these things out myself. And to think I am a private banking client. Absolutely livid.</p>
