Pour service that led to my engine car being damaged
I took my car for a full service at BMW Auto Atlantic in Cape Town and they did not pour oil on it. The consultant that assisted me was aware that I will be taking a trip from Cape Town to Knysna on the day I took it for service. I rote to them and they still have not attended my complaint. My car has a funny sound coming from the top now.

Bad service at BMW SMG
<p>I took my car for service at BMW SMG in Cape Town Century City and nothing was done not even oil.Today when I checked oil there was nothing in it.I was not eve provided with the invoice indicating what was done.I requested a quotation for extention of my maintenance plan which I never got either.The consultant that was allocated to me was Eunice who made me wait the whole day for a car that wasn't attended to, and had an issue when I had to be picked up in Gugulethu. She actually told me there's no driver going that route which I ended up paying someone to take me there to fetch my car.The service I got there was very disappointing as I normally service my car at Auto Atlantic in Cape Town.My car still have the problems it had when I took my car in @ SMG.</p>
