From the very first time I tuned into Hot 102.7, I was hooked—line, and sinker! Their impact on the community is nothing short of humbling as well as what they do for the community is heartwarming, the care they show and give. And the music? Absolutely unbeatable. The staff and DJs are phenomenal and have remained consistently amazing over the years. I haven’t changed the station in 7 or 8 years! Hot 102.7 plays in every corner of my home and at work—it’s the soundtrack to my everyday life. I’m proud to call myself a Hot 102.7ner. Honestly, I’d rather go without my mobile phone than miss out on listening to Hot 102.7. Thats also the reason why we advertise with Hot 102.7 they provide the best service and their rates are reasonable. As Tina Turner would sing, they are SIMPLY THE BEST!
<p>Thunderstorm struck my phone and ADSL line last week 6th January... I went to Fourways Xing to ask them to test my ADSL and line but said I have to phone them ( How do I report my line with no phone and one cannot report faults using my mobile) I had to wait to come to work on Monday to report the fault.... I was esculated on Wednesday (been calling everyday and EVERYDAY ) been told the same thing... they are trying to find the fault.... I called again this morning 5 DAYS LATER ... and I had only been escultated today and when asked to speak to a supervisor they were all in a meeting ..... HOW CONVENIENT.... I have been waiting 5 days and these people cannot help me... WHERES THE SERVICE IN THIS COUNTRY... I know that this is just a vent review as NOTHING will happen from this... I hope and pray for a competitor to take on Telkom cause thats the problem.... They treat us like **** cause they know we cant go anywhere else and that we need them thats the reason for the poor service... Its pathetic and sad... </p>
