They outsource their jobs to training plumbers.
Horrible service they outsource plumbers and you get charged twice. Honestly it’s not customer friendly I needed a leak detection they sent 3 different plumbers who also didn’t sort out my problem and I ended up having to pay 6 times for one call. Save your time and your energy don’t call them if you see this review it’s not too late for you.

Bad credit

Nothing Out just Bad credit listing for me
<p>Begining of the year and i went to apply to purchade a house,on my credit it shows that i owe outsurance an amaizing R4000.00 now i had life and car insurance from the company and informed them when i was layed of work due to the company closing down , i informed outsurance as my life cover included a retrenchment which i was told would pay out if i ever lost my job, when i called i was informed that they will not be paying ,knowing how insurance works i didnt take any action against them as i was stressed and had other things to focus on like getting a job. begining of the year 2017 i apply for a house and boom my credit is declined due to the fact that outsurance has got a listin on me. aftre speking to Sarah Bohmer who keeps telling me there is nothing she can do even tho she stated that i DO NOT OWE them anything but she says they cant remove the llisting and i must go to my bank and the credit listing company and give her a letter she sent to me. im in awe as to how this can happen and no one take resposibility for it my credit score is droped and i do not qualify for the house because of this. i asked that she forward the email correspondence to her supperiors and i havent recived anything. I NEED THIS SORTED OUT ASAP. Im tired of having to request great service when it should be a norm.</p>
