<p>Here we go again , I have sent through my cancellation of my account on 28th of november, After trying to follow up with Telkom .... Warning there is no way to follow up except an email address it is impossible to follow up. Email address . ********** nothing was done.<br /> Sent cancellation 4 times</p> <p>CC'd ICASA and lo and behold I receive a response within 24 hours</p> <p>1. First response with a reference was received on 5th of January nothing happens<br /> 2. Second response received on the 12th of January stating the same reference number as above but now it says 30 days notice applies.<br /> 3. I received a new bill again for the month of January today 13th of January</p> <p>Sorry But I have already given you more than a month notice and <br /> Please state officially how I can follow up on this cancellation , not an email address.</p> <p>You have responded automatically to my emails thus it was received but nothing was done.<br /> I will not pay any additional bills or charges on my Line <br /> Cancellation ref given by Telkom : 154536<br /> 24A</p> <p>No wonder there is Websites and blogs dedicated to the bad service of Telkom.</p> <p>This should be resolved within the next 24 hours or if anything is listed or shown on my credit record I will take it further.</p>
