<p>After waiting nearly two months ro receive a copy of MY contract, I receive the incorrect contract - one from years ago! I do not understand what is going on here?!</p>
<p>I asked for a copy of my contract at the beginning of December 2016. They requested I send a copy of my ID which I did. I received nothing. I followed up with it at the beggining of Jan 2017 and they had cancelled the reuquest because they didn't receive my document (which I sent). On 4 Jan I resent all my information and when asked how long it will take they said 7 working days. I have not received anything and when email them to ask about it have received no reply. Also they have not replied to my Facebook posting. I pay over R1000 each month and I don't understand why it is taking so long and so much effort to receive my contract?</p>
