My name is Busisiwe Ngema I bought a gizzu ups and I didn't know how to reset or connect it. I phoned the Company and sent an email to ask them to help me. I was so happy yesterday, JP Burger phoned me. He was very friendly and helped me all the way using his phone and airtime. Thank you soo much JP you the Best. I'm going to buy more power stations and ups.🥰😄

I had a bad experience with Discovery Insure. My cars and house contents are with them. In 2023 I made a claim of house contents, In our Cresent we had a water problems, so always checking if the water is back one time I forgot to close the tap. The water came back at night and flooded bedroom and study room. They didn't want to pay for damaged furniture because I forgot to close the taps. Recently, I had an accident with the car I bumped to something at night the car got damaged, it was leaking. I phoned them they took the car to their Storage for 2 weeks. They did the first assessment after that I was phoned by claims consultants, Reuben Ramalamula to check with me what really happened. I told him everything. At first he told me they not going to pay for the engen damages they can only pay for things like dameged bumpers etc. I told him that the engen is fine I'm sure the leak is from that anti freezer bottle. Anti freezer mix with water was coming out. Again they send for second assessment not sure for what. After the second assessment ment the car was more leaking. I phoned and send messages to them asking why did they touch my car as I was told that they not going to pay. He told me that if the car engen is damaged they not going to pay, again I told him that the engen is fine.. I even took my mechanic to their storage to check the car. The mechanic confirmed that the engen is fine.. Only fern radiation not properly working and water pump need to be checked and only few scratches that need to be sorted out. With the second assessment they broke my sit part, and the car was leaking more than before not sure what they were trying to do with the car. I'm sure they were trying to blow the engen.. Because Reuben told me that if the engen is damaged it's going to be a written off. I took my car from their storage. I'm disappointed with Discovery Insure, and I'm not going to deal with them again. Even with their Road assistance department the guy was rude. Nonsense Discovery Insure.
