Hello One Plan I've been with you guys for 5 year's and have had a good response from you from the beginning. 2 week's ago I needed to get hospital authorisation and I have to say it's taken longer than I expected it to. Fortunately it was not an emergency. I would like to thank Tafo for contacting me today with the go ahead and his well wishes. One plan has grown since my day of joining when you would get instant response either on their chat or WhatsApp compared to now where there's always a cooling off period before you get a positive response. Other than that compared to other medical insurance and medical aid I would still recommend them for what you get and what you pay . It just takes getting used to their system . Thank you One Plan

My initial review has been handled by them to my satisfaction. Just unfortunate that It had to go this far before being resolved. I have dealt with them for a long time and this is the 1st time I've had any issues, let's hope going forward we can enjoy good service

Auto & General very poor service on your part all you had to do was admit your mistake and rectify it . If you continue in this manner I'm sure you will be loosing customers 1881
Poor service . Cancelled policy in May they're still debiting my account in June . When I tried to make a claim they told me there was no policy under my name and ID number but they continued debiting my account and blocked my bank from reversing the charges . No recognition that they had made a mistake . Very poor service

This is a scam do not allow them into your household they used to be known as Quantico college then things got to hot so they changed their name
