We have had bad service on many occasions .The office number just rings with no answer .When you do get through and ask why no one answers you never get an apology and you get spoken to in the rudest manner..They have no idea of what good service is about .
Levis has just launched a promotion /sale campaign, where they advertised that all styles were less 70%.So I drove all the way to Durban from Hillcrest only to be told it was a mistake .Only select items are on the sale .The staff there were not helpful and nor did they show any willingness to try and explain the mistake..Being a regional manager of a nationwide clothing chain ,my advice to Levi's,before you run a national promotion campaign ensure you have the correct info .Are you going to repay my petrol and time because of your incompetence and false advertising. Before you send emails to me ,ensure that you send correct info to me otherwise don't bother me .
I recently stopped at a Caltex Garage in Pinelands ,on Caversham Rd in Pinetown ,KZN. I have used this garage many times as i live in the community there ,but the service has never been good .On the 11\04\2021 i had stopped for fuel and to buy something to drink in the fresh stop store and i asked the teller to please allow me to use the toilet ,and she said no. I asked why and she continued to say they don't have any .I find this absolutely poor service .I told her I needed to go and they continued to refuse ,so I was forced to go around the side of the garage to urinate ,which at my age of 52years was very undignified .Some of the attendants watched and laughed . I am a regional manager for a large national clothing company ,so I am very aware of what service is about .The service I was shown was absolutely unacceptable and degrading ,thanks to Caltex Staff .Not only will this go to the normal social media platforms ,but I will be taking this up with Caltex National Senior Management .If this is the type of service you allow into your fold ,then I am afraid you will never see my money and the money of all the customers I will be sharing this with .Thank you .
This is the 5 time i have bought your Raspberry flavored still water ,and upon opening it ,there seemed to be gas inside .When i tasted it ,it had begun fermenting .It was still within its expiry date .What type of products are you producing ?This will be the last time i buy the still or any other product from your line up .Quality is very poor .You wont be seeing this customer again .
I was supposed to fly to Fiji, and 6 days before I was to leave, everything went to lock down. I had a week before to call ABSA CREDIT CARD DEPT. and i informed them on my travels. But since I could not leave, my credit card and my banking app. became frozen.I Am now trying to get hold of credit card dept, and to my horror, i get informed that they are closed. How is this possible. I am now stuck here unable to get any use of my card. This is absolutely unacceptable. You then have the nerve to send me e mails complaining it is in arrears. How dare you. Until my credit card is sorted you won't get a cent from me. I can tell you, that when this is all over, i will be closing all my accounts with you .
I purchased a drone a month before Christmas to take on holiday, a Demo but was told it was as new. Four days before Christmas the drone had a software issue that rendered it useless,through no fault of my own. Took it back thinking they would sort me out with another one but was told they cant, that they had to send it away. I was abit annoyed as i purchased it specifically to take on holiday for the photos and video . I did not say anything as im not one to complain. I just put it down to my bad luck. Since then ive been into the store to find out what is being done about my drone, and no one seems interested in helping me. Ive sent e mails to their HO, and received no answers. Ive now reached the point where, i want nothing to do with them. Ive spent a huge amount of money in their stores over the years, to be treated like this. You have lost a loyal customer, over poor service. Whats funny is that i continually get emails from them regarding their specials every 3 days, but no emails to resolve my problem.So Cape Union Mart, my word to you is you wont get another cent from me again, return my money, and keep your drone. I certainly wont be buying from you again.
