The Uber I was travelling in had a car accident resulting in me getting whip lash. I reported this to Uber over 10 days ago. Got a mail from Sharon at Uber saying it would be investigated and Uber would get back to me. To date I am still waiting, I have heard nothing back. Shocking service to a regular Uber client.
After my last Hellopeter review 10 days ago on the absolutely atrocious service by ADT, I was contacted by Mashaku (from ADT) who asked me yet again to explain the entire situation from scratch. She promised to look into it from their side and said she would revert back to me the following day without fail. Suprise, surprise, yet again ZERO contact back from ADT. I will continue to tell people how shocking their service is. The one thing they do get right is the monthly debt order which goes off our account without fail and is followed by a message a few days later that the amount is unpaid. Shocking service, shocking customer care and shocking accounting !
Have been a customer of ADT for several years, but enough is enough of their shocking and non existent service. I have had enough of the constant accounts for unpaid bills when in fact they have been paid . No response at all to alarm activations, isn't this what they are paid to do ? Not even an area manager or manager replies to my messages of complaint despite them having asked for job cards, etc which I have supp****. If home security is what you need, GO ELSEWHERE !
It is seldom one receives the quality of service and the magnificent gift that I have just experienced from CamiRocks. I chose the design of my beautiful 50th birthday necklace online and when it arrived it exceeded all expectations. I had constant contact with Cami when choosing the actual design and then ongoing feedback while it was being made for me. Delivery to my door was spot on time with regular communication every step of the way. What a joy to deal with such a professional and super accommodating company, I will wear my necklace forever with joy. Thank you CamiRock.
I would like to acknowledge the excellent service I received before and during the Baking Course I did on Friday at the Good Food Studio, at Pick n Pay on Nichol. Dealing with the Good Food Studio was an absolute pleasure, Annelise was extremely helpful in organizing everything. Also, Luther was so helpful and informative while he taught me to bake my delicious cake, meringues etc. He is really an asset to the Good Food Studio and he made the morning so enjoyable. I shared the cake with friends over the weekend and there were huge compliments all round. I would strongly recommend that anyone who wishes to attend a professional and fun cooking or baking course should check the Good Food Studio web site to follow what they offer.
<p>Our telkom line went down on the 3rd December 2016. We logged a call, a technicain came out some days later and the phone was restored for all of one day. It is now been down almost 2 months, we have reported it on the Telkom fault line 10210 several times and are now experiencing the extremely furstrating experience of their on line fault report chat. A machine gives you standard responses telling you that a technician will be asigned and they are aware of your fault. Needless to say 2 months later no one has been asigned. When asking to speak to a supervisor on the phone we are told they are not able to escalate problems. I'm not srprised as no doubt all the supervisors would be doing is chatting to desperate and irate customers. </p>
