I ordered a piece of hake from the Mr Delivery app. The hake was a bit off in color as well in taste. I did the phone manager, he couldn't really be bothered and told me he will check it out. After the way the manager handled it, I am even more disappointed as I had to spend over a certain amount to able to order. So it wound up with me having salads and calamari, where I wanted a good piece of hake. I wouldn't be recommending this store to anyone asking.
I have been trying to change my debit date for my personal loan, to the last day of the month. This is due to my new job only paying on the last day of every month. I have phoned in 3 TIMES over the course of 2 months! The one lady went as far as typing on her keyboard, then confirming that the debit date was changed. Today I get a message and the lady on the phone said it had not been changed! I am planning to take my business elsewhere. Thank you.
I called and asked for the needed keys for my clients website, using the woocommerce plugin and was directed to their 41 page api documentation. It's just as good as a client asking me for their website login details, but I refer them to a manual on building their own website. I'm not sure if the staff (Sebastian Matthews) knows their job or if they are unwilling to assist. However, on more than one occasion the staff has proven unfriendly. As a web designer for a large company, I will definitely not refer any more clients to you guys!
