Bad batch
<p>I bought a 3TB external barracuda just over a year ago and used about 1 TB thereof. The thing crashed! I cannot for the life of me understand this as all my other hard drives is still working and i only have seagate hard drives. This is the one i bought last and I don't use it as often as the others.</p>

Paying for no service and lack of results
<p>I've been down for more than a month and half. They debit my bank account for services I didn't receive, but they finally said now that they not replacing the cables, so where does that leave me. I've lost so much business. I'm seriously at my wits end with telkom </p>
