Only if there was -5star rating. I'm literally stuck outsider with my delivery truck for my furniture, for an apartment I signed a contract for 3 weeks ago. And they are yet to paint the place. Was only told that the maintenance team will be busy in the apartment yesterday at 16:00. These guys definitely have a degree in unprofessionalism and treat you like you begging for their services. The so called manager will tell you to speak to the agent who is not helping you to start with and no apology or anything for their doing.
<p>Just for a change lets have a good review. I have to say woolworths has the best service in this country compared to all the retail stores. i recently had an issue where i was overcharged for a particular item, the matter was resolved verry fast and the people are very professional.</p>
<p>I bought a defy fridge on the 15th of December 2016, the fridge was delivered. The fridge started giving a weird warning and a very loud noise the water dispenser has some white substance leaking from inside somewhere, I reported the issue on the 19th of January was given a 48hour waiting period but somehow I only got a response from a tech guy yesterday the 25th who only fixed the noise. Immediately after he left we noticed that the freezer door didn't close no more, i immediately called once again, I have spoken to everyone in that shop from the sales personnel to the store manager all they tell me is that they will get back to me. I am truly tired of this **** I just want that thing out i cannot be stuck with a fridge that i cannot use... the store is just terrible their service sucks. Some sales persons will tell you that you didn't choose to buy from them because of their skin colour, I am sick and tired of this and can't be spending so much on useless things. </p>
