The decor is interesting and the food is always good here. My calamari was particularly tasty and my partner's Chicken Cordon Bleu was so large that I had to help her finish it. My only complaint is that they do not stock Becks Blue which is my favourite non-alcoholic beer
The reason this is not a 1 star review is that Telkom has some staff that honestly try to help but cannot due the the general incompetence of this government style organization. In December 2018 I applied at the Centurion Mall branch to upgrade 12 cellphone contacts for my business and each time I enquired was told they were waiting for back office approval. Then in March 2019 Telkom lawyers demand payment for a different account which I requested to close in March 2018 and stopped paying in August 2018 when it became obvious Telkom was ignoring my requests despite written acknowledgement from various Telkom staff. I forwarded their lawyers all my correspondence with Telkom proving I had closed this account. Their reply was that I must pay for services Telkom continued to provide after account cancellation was requested. See you in court was my answer. Last week in desperation I purchased 12 new cellphones from a cash supplier and applied to port my 4 landlines to another service provider. Today 13 April 2019 I’m contacted by the pleasant staff member who took my cellphone order back in December telling me my application is approved and my disputed account closed with a credit balance. IT’S TOO LATE TELKOM. YOUR IDIOTS IN THE BACK OFFICE HAVE LOST A CUSTOMER OF 32 YEARS STANDING.
