Not what we are used to.
This used to be one of our fav restaurants. Went today for my Dad's 82nd Birthday and what a disappointment 🤷🏼♀️ Service was EXTREMELY slow. Had trouble getting the waiters attention. Food was standard, not usual amazing. Bathrooms not very clean. Think it is the end of our Crawdaddy's era. Very sad.

Not what we are used to.

Food was standard, not usual amazing. Bathrooms not very clean. Think it is the end of our Crawdaddy's era. Very sad.

Very very dissapointed
Judt ordeted Nachos grom store using Uber eats and what arrived is the worst packed set of old dry chips no cheese. Its sad to see how some places go from something to nothing. Order your food somewhere else....

“Manager” a disgrace
We made a booking for our company well in advance and confirmed the numbers as well with the restaurant. When we arrived at the restaurant they didnt even set up 1 table for all of us. And when we asked the so called “manager” he was sooo rude to us and didnt want to help or accommodate us at all. This guy should honestly not be working with clients, he should be working in a warehouse with a scanner and no contact with any clients. When I asked him why cant he setup 1 table he rudely answered me with an attitude saying “because thats our rules” and aggressively moved stuff around to “prove a point”. I was so disappointed with the service as we used to support this restaurant a lot, but after this experience we will never support them again. And I would not recommend going there especially if you are more than 4 people, and we were only 20 people. The food and waiter service was great as always, but that manager is the first face you see when you enter and he shouldnt be working in a customer service environment.

Good Food
The decor is interesting and the food is always good here. My calamari was particularly tasty and my partner's Chicken Cordon Bleu was so large that I had to help her finish it. My only complaint is that they do not stock Becks Blue which is my favourite non-alcoholic beer

Absolutely love Crawdaddys Menlyn, it has become my go to for eating out, doesn't matter what occasion. The food is consistently excellent, especially the steaks and chowders and the service is always top notch. #SupportLocal
