Game online - if you are a business do not buy from Game online. They dont provide all the fields for you to enter your company name or your vat number. Then they issue an incorrect invoice, and when you try and request from then to UPDATE the invoice, not change, just update it with the correct company details, they refused to do this. As a result the company cant then claim back the VAT from this vendor. So DO NOT buy from Game online if you are a business, as they refuse to assist to update invoice details to reflect your company details. Rather go to Takealot or any other supplier if you need to purchase anything online.
We made a booking for our company well in advance and confirmed the numbers as well with the restaurant. When we arrived at the restaurant they didnt even set up 1 table for all of us. And when we asked the so called “manager” he was sooo rude to us and didnt want to help or accommodate us at all. This guy should honestly not be working with clients, he should be working in a warehouse with a scanner and no contact with any clients. When I asked him why cant he setup 1 table he rudely answered me with an attitude saying “because thats our rules” and aggressively moved stuff around to “prove a point”. I was so disappointed with the service as we used to support this restaurant a lot, but after this experience we will never support them again. And I would not recommend going there especially if you are more than 4 people, and we were only 20 people. You would think that they will accommodate a big group as it brings in a lot of money, but no, that is not important to this guy, he obviously doesnt understand the operational cost of a business. The food and waiter service was great as always, but that manager is the first face you see when you enter and he shouldnt be working in a customer service environment.

following my previous complaint with Vodacom, O received a phone call from someone on Friday the 24th of April that my query will be dealt with. After that I received another call stating that I need to phone Vodacom insurance as they need information from me, I dont know how you tell a client that they need to phone the people who need info from me. I told them that they need to phone me as I'm the client, so eventually at 16h30 on Friday afternoon I received a phone call from Cellsure. The guy gave me the options on my phone in which both cases I will have to pay in. The phone disconnected and the guy NEVER phone me back, on Saturday I received a msg from Vodacom that my phone is ready for collection, so on Tuesday I went to the store to pickup my phone and they said it was not repaired. This type of service is unacceptable from such a huge service provider as Vodacom. I am not willing to wait another 14 working days for my phone to be fixed as I am paying for my iPhone which I dont have. I would appreciate someone senior in vodacom can phone me back as this is unacceptable. My job number 10717907.
I gave my iphone5s in at the Vodacom Menlyn repair centre on the 1st of April, I filled in an insurance claim with Vodacom as i pay over R300 per month for insurance on my phone. They advised me that my phone will be sent away and take between 7 and 14 working days to repair. Today the 23rd of April I received a sms from Vodacom stating that my repair status has not bee approved and my phone will be sent back not repaired and that I need to phone the menlyn repair centre on a certain number. So I phoned the repair call centre and the lady on the other side asked for my repair number: 10717907, she stated the following: \the quote wasn't approved and the phone are being sent back""; and she asked if I filled out an insurance claim; which I did; so she said shell send the phone back;which is totally ridiculous"""
