Wish I could give minus 20 stars. Me again. Every 3-4 months I have zero fiber. From anyrhing from 7-14 days. Sooooooo tired. Still the same router I signed up with and clearly it is dysfunctional 🤷🏼♀️ Does Vodacom.care? No! Do they care about taking my money every month? Yes!!!!!!They keep on phoning and asking the same questions..Does it solve the problem? HELL NO! I am.changing fiber companies and taking my other contracts with me. Wish I could give MINUS 5 stars. So ABSA decided to block my card for absolutely no reason today. And there I am with egg on my face in a store. And dont even TRY to phone the nr on the SMS, oh sorry Mam, I am unable to assist you. Guess I will be finding a new bank after close to 30 tears
I am sooooo tired of Vodacom fibre. Every 2 months or so I have issues and then it lasts for long. My router is more than 5 years old and they have NEVER upgraded it. Now it has given in and I logged a call more than 2 days ago but no joy. And today when I phoned Nosipho was one of the most ********, rudest people I have dealt with She recited her rhyme and didn't listen to me, I am seriously thinking of canceling ALL my Vodacom contracts, personal and Busimess when THIS is the service I receive. I was in accident more than 2 weeks ago. Claim number 105752107/06 and it was referred to Proline Panel beaters. Up to now I have not been contacted ONCE by A&G and I have to phone Proline panel beaters for any updates. I have not received a single email from either parties. Proline keeps on giving excuses and I am still without a car 2 weeks later. Nomti from Proline has been trying but I am not satisfied. Keeps on promising Manager will phone me in 5 minutes. Whole day later and no call. I was impressed with A&G straight after accident and the it stopped. Have logs of numerous calls trying to get ahold of A&G today, just hear their horrific music and no response. I am tired. I pay my insurance installment every month yet I receive NO service! What do I do?????
Wish I could make it minus 5 stars. Ordered online and paid on 6 February. Have since sent 4 emails to try and establish when my order would be dispatched, and ZERO replies. I have always been a massive supporter but will NOT buy from them again 🤷🏼♀️ Order #51496
So tired of them offering guaranteed express delivery for the next day and then NO delivery 🤷🏼♀️ Then just don't offer us that option. After the previous time I took a break from Takealot. Think it is now time to take a permanent break.
This used to be one of our fav restaurants. Went today for my Dad's 82nd Birthday and what a disappointment 🤷🏼♀️ Service was EXTREMELY slow. Had trouble getting the waiters attention. Food was standard, not usual amazing. Bathrooms not very clean. Think it is the end of our Crawdaddy's era. Very sad.
I wish I could give minus ten stars. I have been struggling to move a fibre line from Kempton Park to Pretoria since September. Every time I hear it will be escalated and yet nothing happens. I have spoken to Various people and in the last 7 days alone have been promised by Sinenhlanhla that she will ensure it happens as I need it active from the last day of November. Yesterday I phoned again and was on the phone with Aviwe for nearly an hour, he promised me to get back to me before his shift end. No surprise nothing happened. I phoned now and spoke to Sabelo who can not transfer me to Aviwe and you then have to explain the entire story again. Came to light they are busy moving my OTHER fibre line that is in Pta and must remain there, not the Kempton Park one. He told me that he can't see what Aviwe did and Aviwe will need to phone me back but the best he can do is send Aviwe an email and I must just be patient. HOW patient does Vodacom want me to be nearly 3 months later? I have quite a few accounts at Vodacom and I think it is time to move them to another network if this is the type of service I can expect!
I bought a car on Monday. Contacted Cartrack in Monday to move the old unit from my car that I sold to the new vehicle, which already had a tracking device from another company in. But seeing that I was loyal to Cartrack I decided to stay with them. I WAS PROMISED it will happen the following day..... Lies. I have 7 days from my insurance to send proof of a installed device. 7 calls later, being sent from pillar to post and now it can apparently only happen on 2 May. So I must incur financial penalties from my insurance because of the NON promises from Cartrack. Shocking service to a loyal customer.
I would give them a 10 star if possible. Amazing after sale service after I bought a ceiling fan that kept on making the most horrid noises after being installed. Anthony at the Menlyn branch got the service division out to check, I was given the option to get a replacement fan, installed by the amazing Headman! And I couldn't be happier. I didn't think service like this still existed!
