“Manager” a disgrace

We made a booking for our company well in advance and confirmed the numbers as well with the restaurant. When we arrived at the restaurant they didnt even set up 1 table for all of us. And when we asked the so called “manager” he was sooo rude to us and didnt want to help or accommodate us at all. This guy should honestly not be working with clients, he should be working in a warehouse with a scanner and no contact with any clients. When I asked him why cant he setup 1 table he rudely answered me with an attitude saying “because thats our rules” and aggressively moved stuff around to “prove a point”.

I was so disappointed with the service as we used to support this restaurant a lot, but after this experience we will never support them again. And I would not recommend going there especially if you are more than 4 people, and we were only 20 people.

The food and waiter service was great as always, but that manager is the first face you see when you enter and he shouldnt be working in a customer service environment.
