Steaks not great. Setting is good. Just eat baskets. They don't know how to make steak.But venue surroundings is perfect.
Most arrogant Bank in SA. RMB do not respect the needs of their clients in this difficult time. One cannot even merely change your Bank account for debit orders. The word private banker is just an entitlement to be arrogant to middle class income clients.
When Banks get arrogant and not respecting the needs of their clients. RMB is wins the price. One is not even allowed to merely change your debit order account. The one hand does not know what the other hand do. NO accountability from Private Bankers. If you wish to be an "upmarket" Bank don't give accounts to middle class income clients please.
What a severe lack of respect for clients. Deducting double payments even if I paid. Reason being they can only work on debit orders. So due to covid my debit orders could not go through. However I decided to make a plan to pay them manually which they approved. Then there was a issue with the policy number and suddenly this month they just merely deduct 2 payments. So now I am seriously in need of money!!! Then they claim I did not pay(which I did) Causing and adding to my stress in this difficult time. So if you advertise you are the longest the the business of insurance, should you not also adapt your resources and systems?
Please stay away from Discovery card. For 3 months I am trying to be given a payment break, FNB even granted me a relief fund to be used. Discovery keep on harassing me for my payment. They never even remotely tried to help. Is someone is reading this, I urgently need to start a complaint campaign and do not know where to start. What is the banking ombudsman's detail. I can no longer deal with a company that just do not give answers and I am being referred to FNB, then FNB says no it is a Discovery issues? WHat now? Previously I submitted a recommendation to FNB, however I need to retract the compliment as all was good for a very short time. Secondly I cannot even determine if FNB/RMB/Discovery used money that was available on my covid fund??? No one at any of these companies know what to do. What happened to the money. Who can investigate this matter???
After many emails and phone calls to Discovery card they still want die debit my payment which keeps on being returned by my bank. I received a payment holiday from FNB and informed Discovery that the payment must be deducted from my covid19 relief fund on FNB. After many promises they still cannot understand how this works, all they do it to keep on trying to activate a debit order. This give me a serious bad record and is costing me R100 per shot when they try to activate the debit order. It is clear to me that the one hand does not know what the other hand is doing.
What a disaster. Submitted an application from beginning of April. More than a month went by without any payment. Call centre agents cannot check what is issue is. Online portal is weak and do not supply any reasons for decline. Most frustrating ever resulting in poeple not getting paid without any reason. Causing mush more stress in already very bad circumstances. Can't even ask or refer my matter. If someone read this please help.
