There was a delay, but Irshaad was very good at communicating with us daily.
Our black bin was stolen. We reported it on Friday and asked for a new bin which was delivered on Sunday morning!! We were so pleasantly surprised. Thank you so much for making this such a pleasant experience and making us proud.
<p>We decided to buy a 'so-called' superior quality product & spent a great deal of money purchasing a Smeg stove. We have not even had the stove for a year & it has caused us non-stop problems. At first the oven wasn't reaching the correct heat, then it stopped working all together. Smeg's service has been less than satisfying with technicians telling me there is nothing wrong, and not coming when they were suppose to, logging a visit to me & being paid for it when they never actually pitched or not calling me back. Eventually a nice technician called Gift came and fixed it. It has been working a few months & now I am in the same situation AGAIN where my stove has stopped working all together & I cannot get hold of anyone to come look at the stove. I am not someone to make a scene about things like this, but we are extremely disappointed & we are not getting the support from Smeg that is promised on all their advertising & my problem persists. </p>
