Somerset staff and security needs a nice hiding or to be replaced with people who actually want to work
Worst hospital to exist including its staff from the securities to the nursing staff . From my sons birth in July 2025 which was not a nice experience I sat a whole day till the next day waiting for my wife to give birth my phone was very low and needed to stay in contact , I asked the front security if I could charge my phone inside they said no but theres plugs to do so , I asked if I could charge it by them they said no having to make a plan to charge phone, up until the next day at 4am my wife notifies me that she is about to give birth I go to the security telling them , they told me they gonna check and I was told she is not ready yet I must wait in the entrance while sitting there for like 5 minutes my wife tells me that she already gave birth and from that day onwards I could not see her or the child , to my wife laying almost a week in hospital since saturday with our 2 month baby , I at first thought she was making it worse than it seem but friday night I sat for the night with our son and the service is bad!!!!!. the attitudes from the staff is so bad , many of them think of it as a dailt job but forget its actually a service they giving , I almost lost my cool the first night taking my son there , the security is bad they will leave you waiting while they finish their conversations , one says this and the other says another thing . On friday late night sitting with my son a new girl with her child was submitted and one could see that she was not fluent in english but instead of helping her right the three nurses sat around her making fun of her instead of helping causing her to feel scared and nervous . Not to mention the state of the toilets disgusting , no toielt seats , mens toilet smells of urine but there are cleaners moping the floors, chain does not work , taps broken and the list goes on . When they did test on my son , I could see the dry blood on his arms and his blanket filled with just with them pulling blood how does that happen!!!! Something needs to be done towards this hospital because I promise next time I wont be coming to this platform but someone will be grab by the throat

I do not know why this place is still open for these people to continue to rob people who work hard for their money , they give all Muslim people a very bad name and shame, a petition should be made up by all the people who have had a bad experience by these fools, I bet my 2 year old son could be a better mechanic than them , whoever sees this review and feel they want to join me lets do this why must we suffer the loss of our hard earned money given to them and then still sit with broken cars , and debt which had been made to pay these fools. Anyway reply on my review if anyone is interested in fighting them and making them suffer

Auto Turbo Master is a disgrace to all Muslims
I have taken my car into these guys in January this year, told them the problem and they said it must for a diagnostics test, the test was done I left my father there as I had to go to work , my father called me at work saying that can fix it and giving me the amount, and while we were speaking my father told me they have started work on my car which I never gave any permission for all they had to do was a diagnostics test , anyway I then went to fetch my car the same day as they said it's fixed, coming there I started up my car saw the engine light is still on I notified them they said it will go off once the car is driven , i paid them they gave a invoice with a year guarantee and hand writing that is worse than a doctors , anyway I drove my car back to work and along the way my car just started doing the same thing it did before I took it to them , I called my father we towed the car home , I went back to them and told them they said that I need to buy a another sensor which is R 3000 or more, and that when they did the diagnostics test it never showed them both sensors are faulty which is alot of kak talk and from there on I stood there no one spoke or said anything besides having to get in a Peuegot specialist so why the hell didnt they get one in the first place, and from that day on till today the 14th of August my car is still standing and they have my money , I did however have my car tested again and the test picked up both sensors are faulty meaning they didnt replace either one , they cut off my brand new powerflow exhaust box why I don't know and to further inspection all they did was weld the sensor into my exhaust and that's it nothing more. Total disgrace to the Muslim name
