I had a C-section with my 3rd baby and the experience was extremely pleasant from the clinic visits to the hospital stays from the cleaning staff to the nurses and the Doctors all you guys were amazing and extremely helpful.from the deepest part on my heart I thank you.

Worst hospital to exist including its staff from the securities to the nursing staff . From my sons birth in July 2025 which was not a nice experience I sat a whole day till the next day waiting for my wife to give birth my phone was very low and needed to stay in contact , I asked the front security if I could charge my phone inside they said no but theres plugs to do so , I asked if I could charge it by them they said no having to make a plan to charge phone, up until the next day at 4am my wife notifies me that she is about to give birth I go to the security telling them , they told me they gonna check and I was told she is not ready yet I must wait in the entrance while sitting there for like 5 minutes my wife tells me that she already gave birth and from that day onwards I could not see her or the child , to my wife laying almost a week in hospital since saturday with our 2 month baby , I at first thought she was making it worse than it seem but friday night I sat for the night with our son and the service is bad!!!!!. the attitudes from the staff is so bad , many of them think of it as a dailt job but forget its actually a service they giving , I almost lost my cool the first night taking my son there , the security is bad they will leave you waiting while they finish their conversations , one says this and the other says another thing . On friday late night sitting with my son a new girl with her child was submitted and one could see that she was not fluent in english but instead of helping her right the three nurses sat around her making fun of her instead of helping causing her to feel scared and nervous . Not to mention the state of the toilets disgusting , no toielt seats , mens toilet smells of urine but there are cleaners moping the floors, chain does not work , taps broken and the list goes on . When they did test on my son , I could see the dry blood on his arms and his blanket filled with just with them pulling blood how does that happen!!!! Something needs to be done towards this hospital because I promise next time I wont be coming to this platform but someone will be grab by the throat

Ive never felt so small in my whole entire life at somerset maternity ward .firstly the nurses and the one doctor i dont think its a doctor as she lacks alot of proffessional communication doesnt know when to communicate confidential information she was basically communicating my information to every doctor in the corridor and worse when i was having contractions obviously im not in a good state of mind she would tell me dont play with your legs like its the streets .Then after i gave birth from my room i could hear the matrons or nurses huddling over what had transpired .i hope this reachs the right person as mowbray maternity is also government but the care and communication is so different people shouldnt choose careers cause of money especially with the health division .I will review if i cannot continue this legally ..No wonder alot of patience dont recaommend this hospital their attitude sucks and are always complaining about the lot of work but they dont complain when the money comes in

This is a complaint to the accounts department regarding an account that is sent to my address and i Have on numerous times sent emails and telephonic calls regarding this. The account is for a person namely A. Hoffmann who is using my address 93 Milnerton Drive, Milnerton Ridge. This morning called again five times not able to get hold of anybody. I have received a final demand on this account. Have returned the mail back but with our mail post who knows if it gets returned??? Hopefully this can be sorted out once and for all putting it up on Hello Peter.

Was a patient today have never experienced a waiting period of more then 8 hour to 12 hours at a hospital the receptionist confirmed it while we are injuredand sitting at the receptionist area. They do the normal procedure of opening a folder which is common and told us that seeing a doctor hence they are busy we are allocated a minor illness which means a doctor will see to us seldom intervals depending on how many ambulance that come in they would see us in the next 8 to 12 hours period. Very disappointed as some of us were injured and a other lady crying in pain it is not a good eye to see especially at the reception area and we all were impacted with her crying and we were in pain too

Thank you Dr Ntuli & Team for your amazing, sincere services. Yes, it was a long wait, but we brought along our Patients & Time as we were dependent on your free services and expertise. Kudos to you all from the ambulance staff, reception, security and doctors.
