I made a booking on 17 January 2019. Payed with credit card. Did not get confirmation and when I phoned was told payment was not received and I must do EFT which I did. Then discovered credit card payment went through. Was then promised it would be reversed within two days. Did not happen. Then I was told to fill in refund form which I did. I have proof that it was returned to them. After some weeks no response. Phoned again and was told they did not receive form. I then sent it again and confirmed with them that they received it. That was three weeks ago. Still no response. Would I be wrong to suspect that they are trying to wear me down and hope I will give up. FORGET it.
Applied for renewal of drivers licence end of August 2018 before mine expired. New one not yet available. They claim there is a strike and now want me to pay R96 for a temporary licence!!!! There argument is that I have to pay because government peopleare allowed to strike. Really!!!! Is this another scam?
Nine out of Ten times I try to phone someone or they try to phone me there is just dead silence. It not just my phone. Aware of a number of people with same problem. Had years of problems with Vodacom wifi connection. Despite numerous complaints nothing was done. Now use a different Service Provider and have perfect signal. Will change all my contracts to another Provider when my contracts expire. Vodacom simply do not care. I do not even try to complain anymore.
<p>I repoted problem to them on 25 January. They promised feedback within 48 hours. Still waiting.</p> <p>Then wrote on Hello Peter on Sunday. Got feed back that they will contact me. Still waiting!</p> <p>Phoned Vodacom again 30 minutes ago. Said signal dept will phone me back just now. Still eaiting.</p> <p>My next call is to cancell all 4 conmtracts I have with them!!!</p>
<p>Since November 2016 (except for 3 weeks in December) signal jumps between Edge and HSDPL. Result is that if you get connected you get disconnected at any time . Highly frustrating to have a service you pay for but cant use as supposed to. Reported to them. First passed on from person to person and then they promise me the so called technical people will phone me within 48 hours. In the meantime I basically sit without internet!! and they dont care!!!. On top of that I am still waiting for that call after 3 days!!! When I ask them how I can cancel all 4 contracts I have so that I can move to another service provider they cannot tell me how to do it. ?????</p>
