I bought a hisense washing machine at Fair Price Chuma mall. The delivery was even sooner than expected. After delivery it took me a week and a half to sort out the connections. Once done I noticed the machine is not letting the water in. Struggled to contact them as the store number 0877540090 hardly goes through. Aquery was finally logged to hisense a week later. It took for ever for a technician to come through and in that time i had to pull my hair to get feedback. Firstly it was the store number not going through, then someone from the store provided their contacts which was a breathe of fresh air, kanti litte did i know...then it was days on end my texts not being responded to only for him to come back and tell me he is on leave. Took forever to be contacted by the person he said he will get to contact me, by forever I mean days. When contacted the feedback was that I had to wait as it was festive, Hisense is understaffed and they only see those with refrigerator issues. Understanding when I ddnt have to, I waited. Technician finally came last of last week, did whatever and the water came through. I noticed though that it was slow. He left and I let the machine continue running. 5 min after, I got an E4 error and called the technician. Long story short, he stated that the water letting part must be damaged. He then said he will order,it takes five days and I must push the store to ensure all goes..puzzled at why that is so as he should take the onus on himself , Monday I texted the store liason who was now back from leave. I advised all that had happened and asked that he follows up to ensure the part is ordered as I was tired of all the waiting in vain. He assured I will be provided feedback and confirmation. I waited with no feedback until Friday when I texted and asked for collection and full refund as I really was not being taken seriously, being treated as though the machine was donated to me. After a couple of back and forth phone calls I advised I no longer wanted to do any waiting I needed collection. He advised that he will speak to tha manager. There was no feedback for the remainder of the day. Surely talking to the manager does not take that long. Came back Sarturday afternoon from church to a missed call from the store. Since then till today I have called the store, emailed the store, smsed the store agent and sent him whatsapp messages to no avail. I am not interested in anything but a call that will confirm collection and I want my money back. The service has been terrible on the highest level
I called in o inquire bout the increase of my premiums and by the end of the call I was happy with my premium recalculations and i was on a cover that was suitable for my needs.
<p>He was patient, not irritated as I asked further questions and he had a great tone.</p>
