Terrible Company
Our order has been with your company for a month now! How long must we wait????? Even your number is terrible to phone. That lady speaking every 1 sec is irritating! Worst Courier Company ever!

Claim SI L13958BZ Please be advised that I am not impressed by the service that I receive. Please could you investigate and provide me feedback asap regarding my issue as per detail below:
<p>Claim SI L13958BZ</p> <p>Please be advised that I am not impressed by the service that I receive. Please could you investigate and provide me feedback asap regarding my issue as per detail below:</p> <p>10 January 2017 - I logged a claim regarding two laptops to be replaced.</p> <p>10 January 2017 - I received from Lindy Matzke from Claim Corporate and Business Insurance requesting a fully completed claim form, a damage report on items damaged and a quotation on repair/replacement of items. </p> <p>13 January 2017 – I received a mail to state that the claim has been registered and the claim number is SIL13959BZS1 from Annalien McCarthy, as well asking for a detailed damage report.</p> <p>13 January 2017 – I mail Annalien McCarthy detailed damage report.</p> <p>20 January 2017 – I sent a mail to follow up on our claim, as no feedback yet. (No response)</p> <p>25 January 2017 – Send mail to Annelien McCarthy to provide feedback (No response)</p> <p>26 January 2017 – Send mail again to Annalien and SILCclaims to provide feedback (No response)</p> <p>27 January 2017 – Annalien phone and told me that her manager has signed it of but will get back to me regarding the budget.</p> <p>30 January 2017 – I phoned and Annalien told me that the damage report is out dated and the computers are too old to be replaced.</p> <p>Please provide me in writing proof of the insurance that we have with Standard Banks states that the Laptops should be within a certain age as I went through the Certificate of Insurance and could not find anything. Please could you also indicate on how the two weeks hours lost for our two employees will be charged?</p> <p>Your speedily answer would be appreciated.</p>
