I purchased the Parlux Alyon Hair Dryer from Takealot, expecting a high-quality product, but what a disappointment! After only a short period of use, the dryer completely blew out—it stopped working out of nowhere, with a burning smell. For a supposedly premium brand, this is completely unacceptable. However, the real nightmare began when I tried to get assistance from Takealot. Their customer service was absolutely useless—they refused to take responsibility, offered no meaningful solution, and left me with a faulty, expensive paperweight. They clearly do not stand behind the products they sell and couldn’t care less about their customers once they’ve taken your money. Save yourself the frustration and buy from a reliable retailer with decent customer service. And as for Parlux? Overpriced garbage. I’ll never waste my money on their products again!
I rented a car from Avis on the 7th of July 2023 and returned the on the 3rd of August 2023. To date I am still waiting for Avis to release my deposit. When I contacted Avis they insisted it was my bank who must release the funds. I have gone to my bank and they have assured me that it’s an Avis issue and Avis needs to release the Deposit. I have called Avis numerous times and still NO ONE has bother to sort this issue out. Avis are very quick to take the money but when it comes to returning it they take their time or they either pocket it who knows. I want the funds released back into my account. Absolutely disgusting how you treat your customers.
Ordered a compactum from Corne and 2 month later still waiting for it. I’ve called him numerous times and have asked for a picture and nothing has been sent. He is quick to take your deposit but to produce the final product is an issue! Please beware he seems to be a massive ****mer cause to date I have received nothing.
It’s been almost three weeks since I ordered my cybersmart internet. I have not received one phone call to arrange installation nor a call to even acknowledge my order. It’s absolutely disgracful that you don’t even bother to contact me to arrange installation and every time I call you it’s another excuse about the installation process. Do you even know what is going in on within your business. I am getting highly irritated in the lack of communication as well as not having my internet installed. Its ridiculous!!! Sort it out!
<p>I can honestly say Mweb are the worst company I've ever dealt with. No one actually knows what is going on with my order. Mweb tell me in 15days my adsl will be activated which has not happened.. Like get your act together people! At the end of the day I expect service and all I want is for someone to know what's happening with my order and I can be connected to adsl. </p>
