FRAUDULENT ACCOUNT
I have had an account called international colleges group appear in my name on my credit profile. This has dropped my credit score drastically. I do not know who these f****n people are, I have never been in contacted nor sign any agreements with them. You need to remove yourselves from my profile or else, I will escalate this matter to my attorneys.

NO INTERNET, NO TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE!!!
I have had no internet for the past 24hrs. Yesterday morning when I tried to call in at 9am, I was caller number f***n 55!!! Every time you call in to this stupid call centre you have to hold on over an hour in order to get assistance. I tried to call in again 2hrs later and the voice automated system tells me I'm caller number 47!!! ***??? I pay my subscription fee on time, there was never a moment where I missed a payment. Now it's the 13th of November and the damn call centre is closed, which means I have to go another day without f****n internet!!! This is Bull***!!! Whenever there is an internet connectivity issue, I do not get notified, instead you only hear about it on their voice automated systems when you call in. **** service this is, I am definitely going to be moving to another SP, and you should know I will be putting this on all social media platforms as well so people can know how much of a pathetic SP you are!!!

PATHETIC, STINKING ATTITUDE - APPALING AND MOST HORRIBLE SERVICE
I PLACED AND ORDER TODAY 26.08.2022 - LIKE I ALWAYS DO. INSERTED THE CORRECT DETAILS, ADDRESS AND CONTACT NUMBER. UPON DELIVERY I GET A PHONE CALL FROM KAVULAMBEDI NGOYI WHO TELLS ME I GAVE IN THE WRONG ADDRESS. I TELL HIM YOU'RE NUTS BECAUSE I HAVE TAKEN A SCREEN SHOT OF THE ORDER AND HAVE AN ONLINE SLIP WHICH CONFIRMS MY ORDER AND DELIVERY DETAILS. THIS RUDE ********R THEN DECIDES TO HANG UP AND WHEN I CALL BACK HE DOESNT ANSWER THE DAMN PHONE. I THEN PROCEEDED TO GOT TO BURGER KING AND EXPLAIN THIS PATHETIC BEHAVIOUR AND ALSO TO REQUEST MY REFUND!!! I WAS TOLD THE MONEY DOES NOT GO TO THEM SO THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO. MR DELIVERY YOU BETTER REFUND ME NOW BECAUSE I WILL NEVER EVER USE YOUR APP OR ANY OTHER SERVICES FOR THAT MATTER. I RECEIVED A CALL FROM GABBY OR GABBIE FROM MR DELIVERY AND SHE SAID SHE WOULD CALL BACK. I DONT NEED CALL BACKS FROM YOUR USELESS AND PATHETIC ORGANIZATION. I WANT MY R 113.70 REFUND NOW!!!! AND I F*****N GUARANTEE YOU IF THIS IS NOT DONE BEFORE CLOSE OFF BUSINESS TODAY, YOU WILL DEFINITELY BE HEARING FROM MY LAWYER!!! SIES PATHETIC

PATHETIC SERVICE
Cartrack double debited my account because of one returned debit. When I called to enquire as to why this was, I had the most insolent and pathetic attitude from Mbalenhle Khubeka. When I asked why they double debited my account, this heifer has the audacity to ask me why didn't my debit go through. Eventually I requested to speak to her manager, of which she lied and said Her manager is Nkosinathi. When I called through again I found out that her actual manager is Elmarie Van Rooyen. So Elmarie that insolent little ***** has the ****tiest attitude. She even has a nerve to tell me that it was a mistake, and I quote "Don't you make a mistake"? What a nerve, I want the ****ing settlement to this kak account immediately!!! Elmarie I hope this reaches you.... She kept me on hold like an idiot for 7 minutes saying that her manager is on another line. Sies!!! This appalling I want a settlement to this account ASAP!!!

Inaccuracy and failure to accept accountability.
<p>I bought 2 wedding bands last week 25 January 2017 from a lady by the name of gugu at sterns eastgate. There was a special on the bands I bought and was assured that from the day of my purchase, sizing and getting the rings back would take 3-4 working days. Today is the 7th day and I have not received my rings. I specifically told gugu that I need these before friday 3rf February. I called twice today and have been taken from pillar to post by people who tell me that gugu will contact me back. I am really appaulled at the service from these people. Their lack of urgency and blatantly lying that they would check but still to no avail. Tomorrow I will be at the sterns in eastgate to get my money back. **** this s***</p>
