i have logged numerous call and reference numbers and consultants promise to come back to me and never do. when i call back i get a new consultant every time and the same thing happens over and over. almost 2 years now to try and resolve an issue.
2nd shipment in 4 weeks that i have to send several emails to Fedex requesting the VAT/Duties invoice and have gotten no response. the shipment has been with Fedex since Sunday. Also the tracking says "19/04/2023, 08:11 Elandsfontein Held awaiting payment of duties, taxes or charges. We've contacted the receiver about this" but this is never the case, i think it must be automated, or the person who creates it shouldnt have a job.
no response from Segen Solar for almost a month after returning a faulty charge controller - most pathetic after sales service ever. other distributors conduct RMA's within a week.
UPS has become one of the worst courier companies to get hold of. i revieved my VAT and duties invoice 10 days ago and paid immeidiately. The parcel is still sitting in the warehouse and its almost impossible to get answered on the 011 922 9200 number or the 0860 877 772 number. It plays music for 5-10 mins and then just cuts off.
Again there is no stock of Royal Canin specialist food. This has happened multiple times this year. Their contact phone number also never works. It is very disruptive to get your dog used to a special food and then have to change it as there is constantly a stock issue. Animals are on these specialist foods due to severe medical conditions and it is irresponsible of Royal Canin to allow stock to become unavailable on a regular basis. We cannot simply go back to regular food while we wait.
I am still waiting for TNT to contact me regarding a shipment which was collected on the 31st March in Spain and due for delivery in Johannesburg on 12th April. no one there has the slightest idea what is going on with my parcel. i have since been informed by the consignor that TNT delivered it back to them on Monday due to the fact that they lost all documents in transit. i have logged a *****y on TNT's online portal but that has also been ignored.
this must be the worst courier company in the country. i have phoned for several days and when i select customer services, i listen to music for 10-15 minutes and then the phone cuts off. i have sent website requests and no one responds. pathetic.
<p>i am still waiting for a parcel to be delivered by Fedex. it has been here since last week Tuesday. there was no answer on any of the listed phone numbers on Tuesday. when i did get hold of someone on Wednesday they said they woukld come back to me. 4 hrs later i was contacted but couldnt help me. was told to phone TNT as they did the clearing. three days of trying and finally got someone at TNT to send invoice to pay duties. i gave the physical adress for delivery to both the FEDEX person and TNT people and was told this morning when i again enquired at Fedex, no delivery as po box address on waybill. i again gave the physical address and was promised delivery between 12 and 4pm today. tick tock, still waiting. not once have i been called by FEDEX. if i hadnt called about the parcel i wonder what would be happening. what a shame, 20 years ago this was a top class company, now i wouldnt even consider them in the top 10.</p>
