I received my beautiful mugs. (In 2 days! What a speedy treat!) All sneakily bought on sale which is a total win. They are gorgeous and my collection is always growing! I am so thrilled that my Le Creuset stone ware lasts for years and years and is an absolute joy to have in my home! Practical, durable and in a stunning array of colours that beautifies the cooking and serving experience.
At responding to alarms i'm hope they are fine (we never used them so i cant say for sure how their performance of that service is) but their administration and treatment of clients is AWFUL!!! ADT made is so difficult to get out of a contract. They did not fully disclose the contract details on signing up AND now, more than 6 months after the contract finally ended, they have been using the information i provided to them for purposes other than what i provided it to them for. I'm quite sure this is against the consumer protection act. At this point in time i have sent emails and made telephone calls but no human has yet resolved or attempted to make contact with me about this so I feel they're just not a great company and i would advise anyone i know to steer clear of getting involved with them or start looking alternatives that are not connected to ADT.

<p>My upgrade was due last year November. After being shifted from branch to branch and telephone help assistant to assistant, I am still sitting with no upgrade. System errors and a diabolical lack of assistance have led an avid Vodacom supporter to this point of frustration ! My emails back as a weak attempt at service basically have said sorry we can't help you. It's ridiculous and Vodacom is still able to take my money monthly. How convenient that's the only part they follow through on. I'm incredibly unhappy and when I requested a close of my contract (which has already expired anyway) I was told by the branch that they do not offer that service? How is that legal?! If they can open accounts they should be honorable enough to close them and if they can take your money for a contract they should be honorable enough to do the upgrade when it is due.</p> <p>Extreme disappointment all round.</p>
