I took my Renault car in for service, the woman recieving the car had a very bad attitude to begin with, but my car came back with a damaged number plate which they said wasn't them, when I asked that I see footage of my car entering the premises the manager was horrible and condescending and went to 'review footage' without me, all in all if I believed I had damaged my own car I would have never blamed it on them because I have insurance. They were horrible to talk to, they were terrible to assist, and rude to end with. Will never come back and definitely won't be recommending them to anyone.
Hi, today at 17h00 I called Nando's Nelson Mandela Drive, Bloemfontein to place an order for collection. When I arrived at the branch to collect the order, there is a sign written call and collect with a casbah register, which is where I preceded to stand. I was ignored for about 5 minutes, all cashiers staring but saying nothing. A customer who was being helped by the cashier even asked are you in the queue to which I replied I called now I want to collect, in full view and hearing of the cashier who continued to ignore me and say nothing, I had now been standing there 13 minutes. Another customer who walked in and went to the kitchen staff to say he us collecting an order, was called to the front of the queue, not the call and collect queue but the ordinary queue, to pay and get his food within 2 minutes of arriving. I had now been there 16 minutes. Then I asked the cashier am I in the wrong queue or are the signs just for show. She then preceded to say I should have specified what I wanted. When she was the cashier in earshot of my saying I called to place an order. I asked to speak to the manager, to which with reluctance they obliged and he took a further long while before making an appearance. When he showed up he said 'did you let anyone know why you're here'. I presumed we all come to the establishment to get food, I may be wrong. Through all this no one offered an apology and offered to receive payment so I can get my order, I took the effort to call to avoid standing in the queue, I ended up with no food. The most deplorable experience I've had at a Nando's, terrible service all round.

My sister went to withdraw money at Pick n Pay to pay an account I asked her to pay for me. She bough. A few things went to till, they swipe her card. She gets an sms notification saying money left account but cashier says yer card declined. She shows her sms and they tell her 'it's an unfortunate situation but they can't do anything because the money isn't in their system'. She goes to bank prints statement and the money has left her account. She goes inside bank to try reverse transaction they say money has been paid to Pick n Pay. They tell her come back next day to speak to manager, she comes back next day and is told manager will only be in at 11. She decides to wait for her and police are called because she's an inconvenience for demanding more than R1000 of her money which the bank says they paid to this business. They proceeded to haul insults and threats at her until the bank called and told her it is not the first time a customer has come to them saying pick n pay did the same thing to them. 6 other people experienced this situation yet they were acting like she's lost her mind. Shame on them all. It's completely disgusting. We still don't have the money back FYI.
