Bad Service from the start
Bad Service from the start, which we brought to their attention and surprise only comment was that they no longer use the 3rd party. We cancelled from ADT (which was a mission with us needing to follow up multiple occasions just to cancel). They came to remove the whole system, which wasn't even their equipment. The previous owners were by a different alarm company and we bought the house as is, meaning it is our equipment. Tried phoning them to rectify, bad service, laughing at us on the other side and addiment it is their equipment, so why did they replace only the radio and not take the radio on initial installation (said previous company will come collect the radio)? Bad bad service and no customer skills. NEVER will we use them or advise anyone to use them. They now have not owned equipment to rent out for other customers and they are hiding behind the cancelation contract which we signed thinking they will remove just the radio as this is the only thing they installed in the first place.

<p>I purchased three flavors (biscotti, English toffee and bar one) Saturday, 4th of February 2017, at the Canal Walk branch, which 2 of them tasted off (Biscotti- Definitely off as it tasted like sour milk and bar one- tasted a little off) for R60- R70. The English toffee tasted fine, so I ate around the other flavors, however threw everything away after a few bites. Three hours later I was so sick (vomiting and diarrhea, which meant I had food poisoning). I am sure I am not the only one whom got sick. Their products are quite expensive therefore one would not expect such bad quality.</p>
