What a joke! My tv was collected in mid January as the remote was not pairing with the tv and I asked for the unit to be replaced as it is under warranty! Takealot collected the unit and asked for the accessories, however the accessories that they are looking for was not in the box. If the induvial who received the unit made the effort to look at the description on their website. They would have noticed that what they are looking for DID NOT COME IN THE BOX! They have declined my request for a new unit on the 8th of Feb 2023. To date I have not received my TV back nor can anyone tell me where the tv is and when I will receive it? Multiple phone calls and follow-up emails AND NOBODY has the common courtesy to actually return or provide feedback! The agents don`t even make notes on the system so it only reflect one phone!!! Terrible service from someone that makes use of Takealot on a monthly basis - I might be a little fish in your big ocean but your service totally SUCKS! Bring on Amazon!
<p>I purchased a dollhouse and dog kennel on the 30th of May 2016 from Wendy Lane in Edenvale. I was asked to please pay a 50% deposit before they will even commence working on the unit. Having a 5 year old that is very excited about this new house I paid the money soonest. Was told that the balance is due once completed, I paid the balance on the 13th of June 2016. Awesome turnaround time for this BRAND NEW UNIT that a client wants. I mail in December 2016 to inform them the floor is pulling away from the back support wall of the dollhouse. I get told they are fully booked and will be closing on the 23rd of December 2016. Lekker, don’t stress you go have your vacation. Warren schedules a team on the 10th of January 2017 @ 09:00 (I`m still waiting for this team). Numerous calls and mails flying back and forth , so sorry and this will be dealt with soonest. Then a team was supposed to be send on the 26th of January 2017 between 14:00 - 15:00 (still waiting for this team as well). Send more pictures to show the gap is getting bigger, no feedback not a phone call not a mail not anything. I have phoned the landline and the cell number but nothing. Before you consider using Wendy Lane please 1st check if they can fit you into their aftercare service. As far as I`m concerned you can come and collect both your units and give me a full cash refund. </p>
