Lack of education within the institution
I am a student in Rostec Vereeniging (Vaal) laying a complaint about my Lecturers and HOD never give education. I have been habing a continuosly problem in terms of receiving education. I always fight with them whilst they duck and dive, refusing to give education. The principal Mr Peter has done absolutely nothing to improve this. I, Kelebogile Matla a social auxillary student who started studying last year 2024 until now 2025 have had a run around with my HOD Thandi. Due to personal reasons, I had to transfer to Bloemfontein and continue studying in Rostec. I then realised that my file from last year had never been marked by the previous lecturer who left the institution in Dec 2024. A new lecturer was hired this year 2025 and still, my file is unmarked. This file is needed in Bloemfontein so that i continue studying. The HOD has done nothing to assist in terms of making sure that the file is marked and sent through to Bloemfontein campus. She has always been ill-treating me in terms of getting the proper education that I need. With this being said she is *********** to do her role as an HOD of the institution. Along with the Principal Mr Peter is incapable of running the institution by monitor that the correct measures are followed. My parent who I a pensioner, pays school fees every month to ensure that I receive the education that I need. Yet, these people are making my entire school life a living hell, failing to deliver what they have to deliver for me to obtain the education I need. I report this matter and ask for your assistance. I am willing to also take the matter further by also letting the MEC of higher education aware of this ill-treatment within this institution. I have a right to good education and WILL NOT not be held back by unprofessional and *********** lecturers and leaders who might at the end of the year make me repeat a course. They should know that I will fight for my rughts as a student.

CV TOOLS PRO - ****!! CV Tools Pro charged me R599.99for a service which I had never even requested or authorized! I was charged unknowingly and the debit order merely came off of my account with no prior authorization
