My experience with MitMak Motors was excellent. They stock high-quality vehicles and made the entire financing process smooth and stress-free, even helping me secure very competitive interest rates. One important note: purchasing a vehicle requires taking a warranty at an additional cost. This wasn’t disclosed upfront, but once explained, the team handled it professionally and clearly, so it didn’t affect my overall satisfaction. Their service, transparency, and customer care truly deserve five stars.
My internet was disconnected this morning at around 09:30 with the LOS light flickering on the CPE box. At this point I contacted Afrihost as they are my ISP and reported it. After a fair amount of trouble shooting they logged a ticket with Vumatel to get this resolved. Right after the ticket was logged, I receiver the Ticker SMS and and the the following message. Good day, There is currently fibre maintenance in your area [Helderkruin] which will end on 11 December 2020. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Kind regards, The Vuma Team I mean sorry for my ignorance, but in todays day and age, don't you guys think it is a good idea to actually inform your loyal paying customers about this. I am also very upset with the way you guys point everyone to the ISP and when you phone them, they don't even know about this maintenance and if you phone again, they just say, sorry we have no feedback. I would recommend anyone to steer clear from using Vumatel if you can, as their service is even worse than Telkom, I never thought that would ever cross my lips.
This company is very unethical and doesn't respects your property. For about the third time in a row now, I have removed thier sticker from my gatemotor and intercom. They have never provided a service to me. Yet they think it is still their right to stick stickers all over my property. I will not support them, just for that reason.
<p>I have yet to go through a month without issues with Momentum Health. </p> <p> </p> <p>So they market that you will get Health Returns based on your Active Days, status and Healthy Heart score.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am on green, with platimun and averaging 16+ active days a month, but I am still waiting to see this Health returns. We currently sitting on the 22nd of Feb and the website is telling me that the HealthReturns will be paid by the 15th of Feb... That date have passed, and still no Health returns.</p> <p> </p> <p>Someone needs to start working at Momentum Health and sort out there system. <p>So we are in the second month of joining Momentum Health and it looks like no one knows what is going on in their IT department. I am still not able to view my online profile or log into my app on my phone, it is as if I dont have medical aid cover with them. So I phones Momentum Health, they said I must phone Multiply, Multiply sayd I must phone Momentum Support, Support say I must phone Client Services, and they say I must phone Momentum Health. Every call center agent I spoke to, says they will phone me back, and I am yet to receive a call.</p> <p> </p> <p>So after logging calls for about a month now. I still don't have any answers. </p> <p> </p> <p>I wouldn't recomend Momentum Health to anyone. This is the worst service I have had in all my life. </p>
