Professional and friendly service
I was informed of suspicious activity on my bank account via text message. After confirming that I was not responsible or aware of funds taken from my account, I was contacted by the fraud division, who decisively cancelled my card and opened a fraud case. I completed relevant documentation, and sent it. I had in the mean time confirmed that the transaction was pending via internet banking. I am ABSOLUTELY THRILLED to report that the funds was recovered and returned to my bank account within 24 hours. WELL DONE FNB!!! It is a pleasure to have such good service in this day and age.
<p>On the 12th of January I received a mms statement, as per normal, from Vodacom, The amount seemed a bit high. Upon futher investigation, I noticed that Vodacom had double billed me for my monthy service charge. (Approx +-R600). I proceeded to report this, and was issued with an referance number 1- ********** 117454. </p> <p>I was ensured by the gentleman that it would be rectified within 7 to 14 working days.</p> <p>On the 26 of Jan, I rechecked my online statement and noticed that nothing had changed. I phoned Vodacom customer care again, and after trying about 4 times to reach somebody that can help me, I was assured that it would be sorted withing 48hours. I emphasized the point that I would prefer that the additional amount does NOT get debited, since I reported it so early. </p> <p>Today is the 7th of Feb. 18Days since my initial report. I was debited for the full amount. Nobody has bothered contacting me. And, to top it off, I was just to by one of the "Very helpfull" call -me-back staff, that the original query was closed, as it was sent to the wrong department. The new query was only logged on the 30th of Jan!!!!</p> <p>Essentially, Vodacom can debit you for any amount they see fit, and not bother to fufill the neccisary customer service. I will definitaly not be renewing any of my contracts with them.</p> <p> </p>
