I used DTEI to install my solar system over 2 years ago, and again very recently to install a battery and inverter in a flat that I own. Their service has been efficient, courteous and very responsive. Highly recommended.
Every time I have used this business their service has been excellent. Would recommend them to anyone who has a blocked drain or sewer.
The AA’s service is always outstanding. I phoned them at 15:23 today because my car’s battery was flat. By 16:05 I had a new battery installed.
Water4Africa installed a tank and pump as backup water supply for me last year. Their service during the installation process was excellent, and their responsiveness since the installation has been incredible. Good service experiences are so rare, but the Water4Africa team are an example of what great service looks like.
I placed an online order with Mr Price on 3 May. Shortly after I had done this (and paid) I received a mail saying one of the items was out of stock (why was it on the website then?) and I would be refunded. I immediately got back to them and said if the table was not available, I did not want the chairs I had also ordered and they should cancel the entire order and refund me. 24 days and 4 phone calls and at least 3 e-mails later I am still waiting for the refund, in spite of the fact that I have twice been told that the refund has been initiated. So Mr Price is earning interest on my money (and it's thousands of rands) while I have nothing to show for it. This is particularly irritating because the entire problem is due to their oversight in keeping an unavailable item on their site.
I prefer not to use public platforms to solve service queries, but I have tried every other channel with no result. I placed an order for fibre to the home with Pluxnet on 3 April and returned the signed quote to them on 9 April. I asked if they could indicate when installation would occur and was promised a response that same day. I didn't get one. The next day I received a call from Vuma to say they would be activating the line. On 10 April I sent a mail to Pluxnet giving them this info and asking when the router would be installed. They responded saying "I sent a mail to Vuma and waiting for feedback". Vuma sent me a mail on 14 April confirming activation of the line. Since then I have mailed, used the (useless) WhatsApp line, submitted a mail via the website to find out when installation will occur and have heard absolutely nothing from Pluxnet. I thought I should give a new provider a chance, but have been bitterly disappointed.

I paid SA Damp a deposit of just over R5000 on 28/11/16 to do work that was promised for 14 December. At midday on the 14th they phoned me to say they could not get to me that day. I advised that I was therefore cancelling the job and asked for my deposit to be refunded. I was promised that this would be effected. It is now 8 February 2017 and despite numerous calls and mails and promises made, I have still not been refunded. Integrity, efficiency and satisfaction are supposedly this company's values - but the way they have treated me is exactly the opposite.
