22 July 2025 15 hours with no electricity due to "maintenance" 28 July 2025 4 hours no electricity, no explination 29 July 2025 10 hours without electricity - power outage according to eskom 30 July 2025 since 16h25 and still without electricity for the same reason as 22, 29 July 2025. This is NOT acceptable, we are paying at most expensive costs for electricity. Working people need to provide food on their tables. Small companies having loss of income, children cannot do homework due to darkness. Eskom CORRECT THIS ! Or pay for all losses.
We have been complaining for over a year now regarding a "restaurant" with a restaurant liquor license, whom are causing peace disturbance. No results on all complaints. The problem is a never ending story. A case at saps was lodged in March 2025, to date no difference. Liquor board was notified with over 40 emails, still the problem occurs. Saps also request 5times tonight to ask the business to turn down their bass. We need something to be done to sort this matter.

Mr Winter has a bank account with ABSA for his entire life. About 3 weeks ago they notified him that he had to go to the branch to provide his copy of id & proof of address, which he have done 2 days after the notification. Absa bank forgot to upload his id, a week after his bank card amd app still did not work He contacted the branch, they then advised that they forgot to upload the id. He had to do it on the app then. A week later he tried to use his card again. Which still did not work together with the app. The branch was contacted again, where he was notified this time he still need to upload his proof of address. He did that again. It is again a week later and both his card and app is not working. The is the worst service ever. Why did he go to the branch in the first place? Even after 3 weeks this matter is still not fixed.

We have bought flight tickets for a tour to Israel. Part of the flights is from Cape Town to Johannesburg and return. Our trip has been cancelled due to the war in Israel. We have send 2 emails to FlySafair requesting refund on tickets, but they do not reply on emails. We have tried to phone, but do not get the option to speak to a consultant. We need feenback on the refund.
If you want the show of the year, book Pieter Rischmuller (Piet Pompies) for any event. From a wedding, birthday or even year end functions. You will not regret it. He is not only a wonderful artist, but also have a heart of gold. I visited 3 of his shows already and not one is the same, but always great. Thank you Pieter.
We bought tickets from Viagogo, which is online for Grand West Cape Town. After tickets bought, we discovered that is was a ****. After an affidavit was made ABSA gave a refund, now after a month, ABSA decided that they are deducting the amount again, this amount was deducted twice now afterwards. As per conversation with ABSA *****, they contact the customer in these cases before payments are released to the "****" in this case ABSA did not notify the customer in anyway that VIAGOGO is a ****. I feel ABSA is at fault here. They are not there for their customers, rather in favour of ****. The person paid for this tickets which was a ****, without his knowledge now have to suffer a loss of R10000 in total. This is not fair ABSA. What happened to customer service. Even on Friday morning when I contacted ABSA ***** line, the person was arrogant and did not listen at any reason. This is bad service.
