Good day Thought I will just let you know. I am 30 years old, that have been dying my own hair for more than 10 years. the past year I have used Reflections hair dye (blue black) and very happy with the product and the results. I bought the hair dye from Dischem on 26th March 2021 and yesterday when I coloured it ( the same way I have done it for many years) nothing happened to my disappointment. Really had high hopes for this medical aid! Tried to be the honest person and declared my depression and anxiety, felt suicidal and not well. Decided to go see somebody before it is too late only to be told that I have stated it prior to joining best med (awefull med) rushed to the doctor yesterday after withdrawn symptoms for my depression medication and relaxing medication that I am trying hard to stop taking, (which Best Med does not pay for and that I can't see anymore) that my psychiatrist suggested to me. Only to see today that Best Med don't pay for that, neither the medication the doctor prescribed for me. So what does Best Med pay for?
I would like to thank a woman called Olivia from Telkom Customer service, she sorted out my Telkom contract that I struggled with for nearly a year! My bank card was hacked and R4000.00 was stole out of my account. Within a week I received the money back in my account and the R81.00 for bank charges! Super service
My 5 month phone had a black screen. I handed in my phone at Telkom Somerset-Wes mall for repair as it is still under warranty. It has been more than 4 weeks and still haven't heard back from them, even check in and stand in a queue every week too hear what's going on and all I get is empty promises! I even phone the repair company in Kempton Park Bradian Logistics and according to them my screen is cracked and Telkom confirmed that it's not. I took my cellphone phone contract out at Telkom and nobody seems to care or sort out the problem. In the mean time I am borrowing an old cellphone! This is poor service
