Pathetic service from call center. My husband was at an ATM at KemptonGate withdrawing cash and the machine gave a technical error message. He tried another one right next to it and it gave a limit error. He then gets an sms saying R1900 has been withdrawn. He then calls the number at the back of his card as he still had the card with him and they do not cancel the card, ask silly questions only to be transferred to another consultant who was not so helpful either and was transferred again only after the third transfer that someone actually asks relevant questions. Lots more money could have been taken out of the account. Card not cancelled , account not put on hold. WTH? Why is Nedbank hiring incompetent people. Now we are out R1900 which we expect the bank to pay back. We have been with the bank over 20 years and our house is financed through you and he is one of the most loyal customer, and he refuses to switch. Now he he is definetly considering to switch banks after this service. We request he be called and this be sorted and make things happen as Nedbank, as your slogan says.
<p>I was stopped at Alexander plaza and was told about this 'great additional tracker device' that is not controlled by battery and it cost R1000 cash and it will take them 30 minutes to install cause they work as a team. </p> <p> </p> <p>I went into my bank to get my banking details and gave them to the salesman who advised that if I do not have the R1000 I'd have to pay R109 for twelve months which was the option of choice for me. </p> <p> </p> <p>December 3 I called car track in desperate need to locate my car because my husband was using it and we spoke earlier but it was after midnight and his phone was now off. I was extremely worried because that was not normal of him. The lady said to me that she cannot tell me the location of the car because it was against company policy. At the time my husband was stranded on the side of the road after being mugged by 4 guys at gun point. He had to walk to the nearest garage to get help, only getting home the next day by getting lifts from the manager of the Shell garage N14 (Cleveland). </p> <p>Thank you to the staff of that garage for going the extra mile and being there for my husband. </p> <p> </p> <p>Now the worst could have happened and I would not be able to locate my husband because it is against 'company policy'. That is the most pathetic service I have experienced and Cartrack better thank their lucky stars that my husband was unharmed because Lord knows hell was gonna break loose. </p> <p> </p> <p>A lady from their collections office called me and said the contract is for 36 months (meaning the sales person lied to me just to get a sale) and I have to pay another 1000 for cancelation... For what? For useless services and deceitful sales people of cartrack. No ways. </p> <p>I have since sent an email to the complaints department asking them to locate my car then contact me so they can get their device because it is very useless. And nobody has made any attempt to contact me. </p> <p> </p> <p>I would like for the device to be removed from my car and I am not paying another cent towards it. The people who installed this device is Joseph and Sthembiso. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have had issues with Cartrack since day 1. I am now fed up. </p>
