The worst when it comes to client engagement. Not solutions driven. The buck stops with call center agent, they will not allow you to escalate matters. I called them asking them to reinstate my network, they told me they have not received the funds, without even checking my account. A Tibello just told me it will be done tomorrow without even asking who I am, my account number, verifications, nothing. When I asked for the call to be escalated she point blank, refused

He did not sound desperate but more like a person who genuinely wanted to assist me. Did not force me to take up the insurance at an earlier date but at a date more convenient to me. He is a treasure. Disclosed everything I needed to know about my insurance.
